hmm, he has to take 25 pieces at once. But i´m not sure if it will fit at all. the crystal needs to deliver good old TTL-signal.... :nuts: otherwise - cmos is the same like TTL - but not in detail... i´m not sure here at all.. CMOS delivers less loadfactor compared with TTL. Additionally the output signal of newer CMOS-oscilltors is 3.3V only This is more than the min 2.5V needed but if you have any choice, take TTL...

Didn't see the minimum order quantity being 25 or CMOS as I quickly looked it up, but it will fit as DIL stands for Dual In-Line and DIP is Dual In-line Package so there really the same. Although there are CMOS that have TTL logic and are meant as replacements for TTL... holzoller is correct try to get a TTL.
try to get one piece... you will get this message:
