I made this account a couple years ago after finding my C64, A500, A4000 & CD32 in a closet where I had been stashing my old tech for years. I dug them out after getting nostalgic for the times when computers were more exciting to me. Then life did its thing and I had little time for it.
I did tinker with them occasionally. The C64 and CD32 worked without issue. Much Archon, Uridium and Chaos Engine has been enjoyed with my family. The A500 does not yet work. The A4000 works but continues to be a project.
I am both inspired and humbled by the people that continue to support, develop and design for these systems. I have occasionally stopped by to read about these projects over the last 2 years. I realize I am compelled to do so because it is motivational to me in the same way these computers were in their day.
