A1000 power-up. No LED, so no screen

Guys when I turn on my A1000 the power led don't light up, and so no boot. I did check the voltage. But first, is the gray wire tick, the 2 red's +5v, 2 blacks ground (I know that one), orange +12v and purple is -5v, is that correct, as that's what I get on each wire. Except for the Orange wire, I get nothing (there's no +12v), not even 1v is showing. I'm guessing that's my problem (If it should be +12v on the orange wire)... If that's the problem what should I look for in the PSU to fix it...

Take the psu out of the amiga and make sure it's completly powered down. No power lead. Then open her up and have a look for leaking caps , burnt resistors , diodes etc ...
