A3000 zip to simm adapter question

Hello,

it is possible to have an adapter (zip to simm) to use only one simm of 16mb? In other words, work a single simm of 16mb with all the RAS/CAS lines routed to a single simm socket?
I refer to an hypotetic adapter and not on what it is possible to find on the market.

Yes, it's possible but you need to add some logic to support the 16MB SIMM:

many thanks for your reply! The adapter is already drawed (with my own solution), but it show only 8mb even with a 16mb simm. So, i have thinked innocently that to route all the RAS/CAS lines was enough to have all the ram. I will add your GAL on my design, if it is allowed!

thank to SpeedGeek, i have 16mb on my A3000D. I will go forward to add to my PCB solution the GAL IC, then to print it at home.
On my PCB, all the tracks are on a single side and no wires are needed: it is a little bit unusual and not easy to achieve this result.
