A3640 and cpu adapter help

I have a3640 boards in various states, modified for overclocked and others normal. What do you need to do to use the 68060 CPU adapter on these boards. Is there anything needed to be done to the overclocked boards to put a 68060 on them? Any help please. Next mission is to buy full 68060 cpu's or non fpu and coprocessor 68060. I have Amiga os3.1.
Any help please?
