Sold A3640 CPU card for Amiga 3000 and Amiga 4000

For sale A3640 CPU card for Amiga 3000 and Amiga 4000. Rev 3.1 and as the u209 chip been upgraded to 03 version.

Recaped, I used tantalum capacitors, not leaking.

On card is soldered socket for rectangular and square oscillators.
Square oscillators must have be mounted like on images.

I use 50MHz and 65.4MHz oscillators. 65.4 oscillator gives 32.7MHz in system. Both oscillators are in set.

CPU is changed from 25MHz to 33MHz version..

On CPU in mounted radiator and cooler.

Very good condition visual and technical. Card works smooth and without problems.

I may withdraw interest if you do not have a cpu for your A4000 and need this. I already have a 3630 lent to me by a friend and I'm waiting for my CyberstormPPC to reach Stachu so that he can fix it.
