For sale is upgraded A3640 CPU card.


  • Processor card was recapped by the previous owner, and its it upgraded to 3.2 by replacing U209 Gal.
  • Comes with Cosmos (Mozart) 040/060 CPU adapter, with MC68EC060 50Mhz Installed. (CPU appears to be LC version as it shows MMU)
  • Comes with original 040/25MHZ CPU as well
  • Requires Thor libs installed for OS usage

Card is tested thoroughly, works fine. Sysinfo crashes as CPU is missing FPU (normal).

Price is $400 USD. Shipping, fees extra.
