The information comes from a nice bloke in USA but I thought it would be nice to share here

There is a reference in the Mouser catalogue for the replacement of the safety key on the Amiga 4000D front bezel: 612-KO132A1501.
As you see it's a pretty nice fit...
It may fit other Amiga models, I will check.
