Can anyone point me to the right place where we can source the Dil-F edge connectors for A4000T audio/Video module Dil40F & Disk Module Dil50F Right angled edge connectors??? I've found 2.54mm Pitch 2x20 Pin 40 Pin Right Angle Double Row Female Header Strips but thee are going to be protruding, pushing the boards out of alignment?

Hi, yes, the revision 7 that I had from tbtorro I think will take 2.54mm Pitch 2x20 Pin 40 Pin Right Angle Double Row Female Header Strip that I've ordered, for the disk module will not work as the holes are right on the edge.

I think for the audio/video board the connector you are talking about is CN300 and the part number I found for it was AMP 2-535512-5. The connector for the disk module I am lost on I have looked at it in the past and I have no part numbers found for it. I have the same set of boards as you have and have been slowly ordering the parts for it.

Thanks for that, when I bought another blank disk module the person I bought it from sent me the two of the AMP 2-535512-5 strips that you have to cut one down to fit. So just cut a strip of 10 off one to make it a 50 pin?

Ok this is what I found it took some digging but for the disk module which is 56 pin the part number is TE 2-87962-7. Now for the bad news every where I have looked it is out of stock with a lead time of some time in Sept, min order of 35 crap!

Yes I looked at the web site and it is interesting please let me know what you found out. Have you picked up a CPU connector for your main board yet?

I've just ordered 2 of each myself, thanks guys:thumbsup2:

I wanted to ask you about the 40 pin connector because the board I have is a rev 7 and the 40 pin connector is different than the early versions. The part number I gave you before was for the version 5 board. Anyway when you said the connector you have are protruding on the board, do they not fit in the white box that is under the soldiering pins? I found the connector from a USA company and got it today, it fits on the card correctly from what I can see within the white box.

I got a reply from one company that wanted a order of min 300 and a price not even close to what they were saying. What I love about these companies in China they sell your info and now the IRS is after me shutting down my checking account. They knew my name and where I lived so I know where they got my info.

Here is the place I got the 40 pin connector https://www.adafruit.com/product/2823#tutorials]

I also saw these same connectors of ebay from china for a even cheaper price if you are willing to wait for them to show up. I think it was like 10 of them for $5.99.

Lol, that's cheaper than my first wife:blink:, seriously though, I wish I could get a few more rev 7 AV board because I've got a few A4000T motherboards that I'm slowly soldering/soldiering my way through.

Well I had no luck getting a reply from component-en.com, but I got a reply from another place, website said min order 1 @ $2.82, they quote 100 @ $300. Ignoring them.

Still looking though.

Well maybe we can get a group buy for 100 for the BCS-128-L-D-HE-044?
