Wanted A4000T battery

Hi guys.

Looking a battery for my A4000T. Reading conflicting things about whether it's rechargeable or not. Can I levae the existing battery in place and attach a second using the header?

The coin cell is a rechargeable one, but is hell to desolder. The 4-pin battery connector takes an AT style 4.5 V (non-rechargable battery). They are hard to locate at a reasonable price. I use a 3 x AA battery holder with a 4-pin connector. I've had to change the batteries in it about every 4-5 years (4 times since 1996).
