A500/A2000 clock port adapter

I am attempting to buy 1 (some) from a person here. But does anyone know where to get the original PCB/gerber/github/bom files? I would like to see about getting a batch made.

I am sure I have seen the small pcb version on github.
There is also another version here on sale that plugs to the sidecar expansion.
