Sold A600 Rev 1.5 motherboard - not working

I bought this a few years ago (from here IIRC), recapped by the seller, although I'm not sure how to tell. It used to work just fine, until I started fiddling with trying to get a Gotek in there. Since then, it just gives me a black screen. I'm sure someone with even a little more skill and knowledge than me can bring this back to life.

Selling for $130 CAD (approx. 87 EUR / 76 GBP / $95 USD) plus shipping.
