Swap A630 archi-tech for ACA620/ACA630

for a Project I'm searching for a ACA, which I would like to swap for a A630@50Mhz with 64MB from Archi-Tech for a ACA620 or ACA630. Of course if swapping a A630 for a ACA620 a price compensation should be done I my opinion.
