But typically, these boards do not have the birdseed components installed and are just bare pcb's.

The PCBs have arrived. I will begin going through the queue.

Regarding USA shipments. Trump has removed the $800 duty-free De Minimis exemption on USA inbound shipments which has caused Finnish Post stopped accepting shipments destined to USA for the time being. Will have to check what is the status with couriers. Shipping to USA is suspended for now.
