Sold ACA 1230 42MHz 64MB + RTC

I want to sell a ACA1230 with 42MHz/64MB and the RTC modul installed.
Dont get it working under OS3.2 . Bought it from a seller tested it with 3.1 and working.
I dont want go back to 3.1 so here for sale.
Maybe its possible to get it working under 3.2 or 3.2.1 but i dont want spend more time/money.
Comes in box with Manuals.
