How on earth have you managed to overclock your ACA to 44MHz without timing issues or crashes?

My own 64MB ACA630 can't go over 37.5MHz (it can go till 40MHz but runs only for 2-3 mins then crashes). Other people like Cosmos and Fitzsteve managed to run their own stable even on 40MHz as it's per case most of times.

So, as I said it can be done.
The ACA630 need to change the processor to full gold MC68030RC50 best of the last mask.
ACA630 memory card must be max 10ns
The corresponding oscillator, currently I have soldered permanently 80MHz and my card works very stable (tested for 60-62h of continuous operation)
The condition is good power supply
Previously used a 92MHz oscillator, ACA630 card worked quite stable, but with prolonged use (especially games WHDLoad) could freeze the system or make sudden restarts.
For example, one picture of Apollo1260 @ 100MHz 64MB RAM perfectly stable.

No it's not.
The special version of ACA630 had an MC68030@33MHz (underclocked to 30MHz) and 64MB of RAM.
