Accelerator / Fast RAM A1200

Hi,
I'm looking for extra RAM for my A1200. Ideally it would be a card with 8MB or more, and my preference would be to have a RTC onboard. If it has a co-processor, I only need a 68030, nothing really faster than that.
If you have one for sale, please let me know.
