ACE2b (Individual) question - 2mb for A2000?

I am considering to equip my A2000 with an ACE2b giving it 2mb chipmemory

However the Agnus they use is NTCS and not PAL as I use.

what would the effect of this be?

Can I make the Amiga to shift automatically to PAL via startupsequence?

What about when I run floppy or Gotek?

You can switch in Early Start Menu, use space to switch or ju can patch a Kickstart rom with https://github.com/SirCathal/KickstartPalPatcher or download a startdisk from icomp https://forum.icomp.de/index.php?thread/1788-ace2b-pal-question/ in that forum thread is some download links for the boot floppy
