I have a couple of systems that I would like to connect to this (Amiga 500, Amstrad CPC, Atari 1040ST). Will they be compatible @ 15kHz RGB -> VGA. Currently using RGB -> Scart -> VGA/HDMI via ODV-GBS-C which is not ideal.

The modded firmware is designed to offer pixel-perfect Amiga modes. It does this by being tuned for the precise frequencies that the Amiga outputs.

There’s an alternative Atari ST firmware which I can put on there instead if you like, but it can’t support both perfectly at the same time I’m afraid.

I’m not sure about the Amstrad TBH. It might work to some degree but unlikely to be set up to be able to do full screen etc.

You could always buy two I guess? :) I do have some 17” NOS monitors which I’m going to post for sale soon, so if you’re limited for space they would fit better!

Only Amiga and Atari ST/STe are supported at the moment.

Monitor firmware for each machine differ, which in effect means you'll need one monitor for Amiga, running the Amiga firmware and another one for Atari, running the Atari firmware -or- one monitor hooked to both machines somehow, along with an Arduino device, which can be used to reprogram the flash chip with different firmware, allowing you to switch between the two (not really very practical I guess - reprogramming takes a bit of time + you'd need to redo the setup procedure on the Amiga side each time you flash Amiga firmware back).

If you're into haxing it further, theoretically, you could design and make a small device which would consist of 2 flash and eeprom chips and allow you to switch back and forth on the fly :p

More about behavior of this specific model on Amiga and Atari machines (Acer B196L and V196L behave the same) -> https://www.amibay.com/threads/lcd-monitor-guide-acer-b196l.2447464/post-2523709

Declaring interest.
Interested in one (1) of the remaining monitors. Please choose the best (display quality wise) for me; on the outside they all seem to look fine for me... Sending PM.
(Sorry for reposting - got the wrong button...)
