Acorn Archimedes A3010?

I dont have clue on Acorn Archimedes A3010 but when turn the computer on as it say

RISC 0S 4096K

Error: Use *Desktop to start RAMFSFiler (Error Number &0)

What is trying to tell me? I have try using "RUN *Desktop" but that that doesnt work

Have you tried with pressing R on the keyboard?

Does it have a hdd/CF?

IT had Compact Flash drive of 16GB

i will check that link and will report it back to you on pressing R KEYBOARD

Can you enter "*Dektop" after the error appeared?

I turn the computer on and Press R Keyboard and gone straight to RISC OS

No worries! It just resets the CMOS.

Oh right see how goes and I am sure Lemmings games better than Amiga I think.

Like what TIm say most of them are Amiga Port Games to Acorn Archimedes due to that I think because game company didnt have time to learn new Machine hence why you see CPC computer have lots ZX Speccy port game to it as they both used Z80

Even Bitmap Brothers ported many of their games to RISC - I like their games on any platform.

3010 and 3020 already had more power overall compared to Amiga and Atari at that time. But it wasn't used properly...

My friends called me mad scientist...for checking inside Archimedes computer and i seem notice there is battery under the floppy drive and should I remove it before battery could leak and can rotted the Archimedes motherboard.

No doubt about it, the CMOS battery should be removed.
