Hi! I've owned this since new in ~1994 when I was 12 and saved all my money for months to buy it for my A1200. Have held onto it ever since, but I think it's finally time to let it go, even though I still think it looks great to this day. It's still in great condition and has been in the box and stored in cupboards in various smoke and pet free houses for the past 25 or so years.
I just plugged it in and it worked perfectly. I don't have any way to test it with a computer, but it played an audio CD through the headphone jack perfectly and there's no bad noises coming from either the tray mechanism or while the drive is in use.
It still has the caps on the SCSI ports and comes with the box and manual, and I'll leave a kettle lead in the box as well. It was used with a Squirrel SCSI interface back in the day, but I don't have that anymore so it comes without a SCSI interface.
I have no idea what this is worth except some googling shows £200/$300, so in the absence of knowing any better I'll price it at £200. Funnily enough I think that's about what I saved up and paid for it in 1994!
If anybody has any questions or wants additional photos or info I will do my best to provide.
