Closed Amiga 1000 external hdd Controller with original Hard Disk.

Hi fellow Amibayers! Another great Commodore piece from my collection for sale!

I "think" it is a Trinology Systems hdd controller with 40mb hdd, adapter & cable.
This original "collectors item" and nice looking Amiga 500/1000 external hard drive is very hard to find anywhere today!
There is also enough place inside for a second hdd.

Tested and 100% working! The diskettes are only there so you can see how big the controller is.

One small adjustment: you seem to be selling the Amiga 500 version.
The connector faces forward on the A1000 and to the back on the Amiga 500. The pictures on the Amiga Hardware Database is the A1000 version, when connected the connector for the external drive faces backwards.
I cannot tell by the pictures alone if the PCB is different or if it's just a matter of swapping something around.

...and it'll also be danging 5cm in the air when used on an A1000.
Like Tahoe, I believe this is the version for the A500

The connector is so strong it can stay "in the air" for many years ahead
I m sure it can also be used on a Amiga 500 but i don´t have one, i never had.

yup it's an A500 scsi adapter connector for sure. The A1000 version has the 'on' LED facing the front so that when kick1.3 initializes the autoboot it lights up.

Erm... the seller has not offered to split, so your post is against the rules. As mentioned above the hard drive interface is not SCSI.
