Hey everybody.

Anyone can help me on this?
What are the major differences between these two boards for the Amiga 1000? I am talking about Andrew J Wilson's Phoenix board and Georg Braun board.

Thanks in advance

Aaah, 1000 upgrades. Lovely :D.

The Phoenix Board was inspiration for GBA1K, and Georg Braun made a lot of enhancements for the Phoenix before designing the GBA1K: he learnt a lot!

Basically, the Phoenix Board is old, GBA1K is from the last 2 years.

Phoenix uses a 68000, GBA1K is 68030 - no fallback mode. Georg made an 030 board for the Phoenix though...
Phoenix supports an FPU, as does the GBA1K
Phoenix has 2MB of RAM (1chip,1fast) and space for 8MB, GBA1K has 2MB chip, 8MB 32bit fast and some Flash memory
Kickstart chip on both - no possibility to use WOM.
Phoenix has SCSI built in, GBA1K has IDE (oktagon IDE)
GBA1K has a zorro slot...
GBA1K has a flicker fixer
GBA1K is lovely and wonderful and usable.
