Hi,
I've found this "strange" hardware. It seems to be a SCSI controller but I cannot find any information on the web.

It looks like the "Amiga 1000 SCSI" hardware, documented on both sites (BBAH and AHD), link below:

Do you think it is a similar hardware?
Does the "Amiga 1000 SCSI" floppy disk work also for my controller type?

Some pictures...

It deffinitely is a SCSI controller, but i've never seen one before. Nice find! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NCR_5380

Yes, i read the chip controller info.

And my question is:
does the "Amiga 100 SCSI controller" floppy disk from C-ltd work for my SCSI controller? The C-ltd uses the AMD 5380 controller IC, and mine seems to use the NCR 5380.
I don't know if 5380 is the same, or if different producers mean different drivers.

If you compare datasheets between AMD and NCR you can verify that the two makes are pin to pin compatible, all signal being the same.
Don't take my word for it though, do your own math.. If it were me, i'd consider them the same. Nevertheless, that doesn't mean a driver would only need to check on the main chip.
Only experimenting will tell.

I agree with you.
I will download the driver and test it...

Thanks for your answers
