ACA1233n has a 40MHz 68030 and 128MB RAM plus a 50MHz XTAL co-pro

ACA1221EC can be clocked from 7-28MHz and has 8MB(+1MB FASTROM option)

Both cards also work in an ACA500+ if you wish to use them to accelerate an A500.
