I have a recently (Oct 2015) recapp'ed 1200 motherboard that is still not working. When cold, it will boot up and work for maybe 30 seconds and then the screen glitches out and it will no longer reboot. Was tested with different PSU units, with and without any add on peripherals and still this happens. Though the board was recently recapped by a very reputable service in the USA for $70, it could still have capacitor issues, solder issues or it could be something else, I am not sure.
