Interest withdrawn. Seems a bit more complex for an Amiga Big Box n00b to have this work with the original power button.

Real Amiga 3000 PSUs generate a "tick" signal of 0-5V 50/60 Hz square wave. The jumper tells the mainboard to use an internally generated source for the tick since no PC PSUs, adapter or not will generate this type of signal.
