Amiga 4000: Chinon HD diskdrive FZ-357A
Slim version of the FB-357A (wrong in the title)
Reads 880 and high density 1760 disks.

Removed from my Amiga 4000 but it also is 100% on any other Amiga.
Tested on Amiga 1200 with a 880KB disk and it works great.
