Closed Amiga 4000 Power Supply - Working / Dead

I have an Amiga 4000, but the power supply is missing.

I'm really just after the metal power supply case with button, the power supply itself doesn't need to work.

I'm not interested in 3D prints, I would like the original metal box...that's just me
