Amiga 4000 PSU 230V UK model 'Skynet'
Selling because of change to silent SFX PSU.
Please note:
(i.)
The PSU is a bit temperamental. Currently in a sub-tropical zone, if the ambient room temperature is above approximately 21C, then the PSU will not power on. Solution: turn on air conditioning. The PSU will power on after it's internals matches the room temperature. The PSU probably needs re-capping.
(ii.)
Internal fan grille that was part of the original stamped sheet metal has been removed and replaced with a standard PC circular wire fan grille. Unfortunately it did not make any difference to the noise. The noise was in fact the turbulent airflow from the exterior louvre.
(iii.)
Small chip to the power button. Note the long plastic power button rod can still fit onto it.
Selling for 99 EUR + shipping.
Honestly I don't know how much this is worth. Shipping will have to be quoted on availability of shipping address.
