Although that are rare, Amiga Technologies used a standard AT case made by Enlight and a standard AT Tower case will work. If you track down a source for the original case, please share; I will do the same.

Interloper.com has some AT cases and power supplies.

At the moment you can get an entire A4000T - but i guess it's against the rules of this board to promote outside sales, so I can't say anymore.
