Sold Amiga 4000T motherboard non working + modules

Hello, I put for sale this A4000T ATL motherboard which doesn't work. I don't know what is the problem, once upon a time it worked, then it stopped, for unknown reason: black screen of death. I tried to change the ROM sockets, because they seemed to me that they didn't good contacts, I replaced the DS1000 with a DS1100, because I knew it has some problems, and in the end I replaced the Alice chip because it seemed to get hot, but nothing changed, so I gave up.
I put in the sale the complete module set, made by me (the ports module only misses the parallel and serial connectors) and I also add a brand new disk and video module (the red ones).
Price for the lot is 800 eur including shipping only in Europe.
