Closed Amiga 500 CPU socket IDE/Fast Ram expansion (M508 / CDTV-RAM-IDE etc.)

Don't really need a CPU accellerator for all my machines, but IDE and extra ram is always nice. I know there are several products on the market, like the M508,

Matze CDTV-RAM-IDE ​

and similar, but doesn't seem to be in stock anywhere, and I don't have the needed equipment to build one myself.

Preferably with 8MB memory.
