SOLD to pomberman

This is Spartan 6 board designed to be Amiga 500+ replacement.
Performance is about the same (slightly faster) as A500+ ECS.
What is special about this system is support for real Amiga 500 keyboard, floppy and mouse.
In addition to this SD card is supported as internal HDD (32 GB) - great for WHDLOAD games.
RAM is 2MB Chip and 4MB FAST.

Tested with Kickstart 1.3, 3.1 and 3.1.4
The moment you power on the board you will get kickstart ready!

Board is licensed by original author for sale.
Board is using USB-C power so any USB-C source will do.
Video is HDMI. KB-Mouse: PS/2 and Amiga. Sound: 3.5mm jack.
Disk: SD card 32 GB. As mentioned - real Amiga floppy support!

Price is 110 Eur.

thanks..

interesting project.

can I ask a couple of questions.

how much faster ( with the 4mb fast mem ) is the core, is frontier elite for example playable on this and can the ram be expanded to 8mb ?

is the SD card used as a folder or do you mount HDF files as virtual hard disks , can you also mount ADF files as df1: ?

is sysinfo comparable with an A500 with fastmem installed?

the option for an A500 keyboard and FDD is brilliant, can an A600 keyboard somehow be attached, this board looks perfect for an A600 pcb replacement with real FDD and hdmi.

does the sound get transmitted over hdmi so easy connection to a TV ?

will there be more than 2 available ?

Piotr is working on 7.5MB (2 CHIP, 5.5 FAST) core as we speak. But I think this board is better fit for old OCS, ECS games. Some further improvements will be made but emphasis is on compatibility. In my view this board is superior in that sense. I am working on other products that can perform in 030/50MHz range. Finally there will be more coming but I will make announcement once I have something to show. As for quantity I am making 100 units now. Different colours as well. In addition today I will get design for the case from our engineer. Case will be simple but good quality - black aluminium (board and floppy).
