Amiga 500

Ouch just bought an Amiga 500 just the unit and it was rather a strange feeling I bought the Unamiga board so if it is as good as it looks it should be a great pairing. Can someone please tell my why all of a sudden the 500 has become the choice machine?

It was the cheapest one, if You compare it with A1000 or A2000...

Yeah loads up upgrade options for the A500 now such as ACA and Vampire, plus the price of the other models have got ridiculous.

ahh now I understand well mine will be a strange Beast when I get it because it will have the mainboard removed and an Unamiga fitted the orginal board if not damaged will go into storage so it is protected once its been cleaned its a old amiga 500 hopefully its a 1.2 machine without the bad battery ram upgrade. I will need to get a psu to test it so should not be to bad. Must admit if I did not have my A4000 I might have upgraded the orginal board. I have just layed out for an MNT zz9000 so money tight LOL

Ohh By bad battery I mean the I think it was the 501 memory upgrade
