Hi guys
Thought I would share my Vampire project. Bought this A600 off Evil bay and it turned out to be a good base for the project.
I have since getting her fitted her with:

Version 2 Motherboard recapped
3com Lan Pcmcia card (machine wont boot with it plugged in has to be pushed in after power up)
Vampire 2
Individual computers 604
Individual ECS scandoubler ver 2
CF card Reader Amikit
3d Printed HDMI and VGA supports
New Psu from Poland which is working great (apart from the Pcmcia problem) this does not happen with my old A500 Psu which is bloody strange..

she is flashed with Gold 2.13 rev 2
Using coffin OS R57 with all my Keys for everything that I use. I know the Piracy thoughts of folk and I am using coffin OS because I am Being lazy..

This is My Emulation computer and the Vampire FPGA is nice and runs the Emulators well. My True baby is my A4000 LOL..

I know not everyone is a Vampire fan I defo was not but thanks To Tim I have now found I enjoy the little card after All, But as John says its a great Emulator with the Code of what might have been the 68080

Nice project cugar124, I feel we are lucky and we should experience everything the Amiga can offer. The Vampire offers a unique experience, maybe a taste of what the Amiga could of been.

To be fair any new hardware is good, like Cizar Amiga (CS Labs) with his Warp Accelerators, It's a shame we still get people complaining about the fact the CPU used for these are unobtainable and we should look for an FPGA Alternative, I'm like "how about less complaining about the fact we need to develop an FPGA alternative and more into looking into development of a 060 FPGA Processor. We Should be happy there are people out there still making new hardware for us.

Anyway rant almost over. People stop complaining about how you think it should be and be happy with what we are still getting for this 35 year old computer.

There is nothing wrong with a Vampire or two - or even three

2 V4 SA's and a V2 1200 in my Amiga collection here

To Be honest Tim I am abit of a purest but the Vampire has been great fun and if they Bought one out that worked with My A4000 I would be up for that as it is the Warp 4060 is going to beat them to the punch. Shame the 68080 could not be made into a real chip then the Warp 4060 would be the Warp 4080 now that would be something to look forward to.

Cheers Guys for space at the Moment I would love to swap the 600 version for the V4 standalone maybe I am mad LOL!! I have found one bug my New PSU does not like my 3com Lan card being plugged in but hey I just push it in after first Boot and away we go. Strange thing is the Orginal Psu I have works without a problem the Guys in Poland have been amazing..
