I have an A1200 Motherboard for sale for $200 USD, that has been recapped, with the RF modulator removed, timing fixes performed, and repairs done to a scratched area just left of the CPU. All upper expansion pins have been traced and tested, as well as all pins on the CPU, however, expansion accelerator cards will not allow it to boot - used a working TF1260. DiagROM appears to run fine without issues, the PCMCIA slot works, as do the floppy, serial & parallel ports. See photos, including closeup of the repaired area (nail polish there should remove easily with acetone).
