Amiga A1200 Sound problems

Hello

Hope someone could help, my Amiga 1200 has developed a sound problem, lots of cracking noises, but can hear sound playing (almost like a bad phone reception), have tried scart, composite and even rf output but no difference, also tried different tv but to no avail.

Any suggestions, good repair centres ?

as far as i know,the sound has nothing to do with the video side,so im thinking maybe a capacitor or op amp problem.

Got to the bottom of my sound problems, turns out my power supply is under powered, tried an A500 power supply and it works perfect thanks for everyone's help

I've had similar problems with my A1200, now I use the power supply from the A600. It's lighter than the power supply from the A500 and it has 3A on the 5V in comparison to the A500 supply, which has "only" 2.5A.
