I am looking for a Flat joystick (like the albatross, for example) for the amiga.

I have opened a request like this one before I think, but I am updating it to say that whatever stick is good (doesn't matter if albatros or not) but it must have the same layout. 99% of amiga joysticks are a major pain in the bum for lefthanders - this layout is the only one that I find confortable.

Also I am looking for an Amiga 4000 original keyboard (layout not important - lest its not japanese)

and a complete A2000 (case-2dd-keyboard-2/4mb-tank mouse a bonus) for spare parts.

Hm.. what are the requirements for a good left handed joystick? I don't think I have this flat one, but I have about 15 different kind I could offer you..

it should basically have the stick on the left and the button on the right.
Most of the sticks have the button on the left of the stick or oddly placed in front of it (like that pink-green stick that was so rad in 1993).

Albatros is my fave cos it also has a very large base, so that you can strain it as much as you wish without tipping it over, and microswitches.

I guess megadrive arcade sticks could work as well but I am not really that aware of that market (basically cause megadrive kind of sucks :P )

Ahan! I feel enlightened. :) So what about actually re-wiring a "right-handed" joystick to reverse the buttons? Like the competition pro - I'm thinking that's a joystick with a pretty decent build.

The problem with competition pro is the same problem of that pink-blue stick I was talking about - the button placing is very annoying. It would be great if it were rewired so that the stick is on the left and both buttons are on the right but then again the hand placement would be asymmetric during play, leading to some misconfort.

In arcade sticks (and on the albatros) the hands were/are evenly placed on the base... if only it wasn't so hard to get ahold of one now...
Grrrrr when I think that my parents threw my 2 albatros and my A4000 keyboard in the bin 2 months ago... :double:double:double:double
