my name is Mario, i live in Italy, and I'm 52...a 52 years old boy...as many of you i believe..
Interest in Electronics started when i was 10...and my father come back at home with a strange box with cable for connecting to our tv!
It was an incredible Zanussi-Seleco Play-o-Tronic console....a simple magic box. It was 1974 !!
Atari 2600, Vic 20, Commodore 64, Amiga 500 plus, Amiga 1200 and finally PC.
I'm starting retrieving back all those old goods...I've started with Play-o-Tronic then Commodore 64 (and an incredible sx64 too) and now i'm waiting for a Amiga 500 Plus..that will arrive this week.
It cost a right price (to me) <snip> plus delivering expenses for the machine and the psu...i know it works, but i'm scare about battery risk of damage the board so the first thing i'll do will be cutting it out from the board. After this i'will start my search for accessories and i hope to be in the right place for looking and find it.
