Hi Everyone From New York USA I have a great Amiga collection and alot of unused knowledge to share

Welcome! You joining may just push USA higher up the Amiga users standings on here.

Also, you were on board with the Amiga in the year following launch, so you'll get to celebrate your 40 years with Amiga next year. I'll have to wait until 2029, when the world experiences the 2nd Great Depression for 100th anniversary of the first one? :-)

It's the 40th anniversary this year, and for crying out loud...can we reshape the Amiga 1200 ReAmiga 1.5 motherboard to drop-in-fit Amiga 1000s and do a special 40th anniversary circuit board print run? The old friend deserves to feel brand new and high tech again.

Welcome to Amibay! :check:

Welcome to :check: AmiBay!

While the Amiga community has been lucky enough to enjoy a plentiful of new goodies and upgrades being released the last years with many of those being sold in AmiBay, you'll find several original and rare items also offered here.

What forum do I need to find to answer? On how to transfer pics from floppy to win pc
As others noted above with links. Otherwise, if you have a 3.5" floppy drive on your PC then the Amiga can read 720kb 3.5" PC disks with CrossDOS. So bring a PC formatted double density 720kb floppy to Amiga, run CrossDOS and copy your files accordingly back and forth, ideally deleting the files off the floppy once you copied them over on the PC.

Fortunately, you probably don't have 657GB of Amiga images to move over. You'll have to pay attention to naming limitations on DOS, but it's all quite simple. Are we talking about a beautiful original 1986 Amiga 1000 being the source?

I only want to make sure that I backed up to usb drive all of the digital family pictures that I shot and transfered to Amiga's from my Cannon Xapshot digital camera back in the day and put on amiga floppy 💾
