Notes:
If you needed series capacitors on any signal line, well this adapter doesn't have them.
330 ohms on composite sync, 75 ohms to 5V on select RGB fast blank. Select 4:3 line has 12 volts via 1 kohm (also a jumper.)
Grounds connected together except audio ground, which wired separately to RCA connectors.
(A1200 has separate video ground that connects to main Amiga ground with ferrite beads.)
If there are substantial ground level differences between devices/TV antenna, don't use this or at least do not touch metal parts when handling, to avoid electric shock.

Model "r15" has top side RCA connector.

Maybe for A2000, which has video connector at one side. RCA lead connectors block power cable in A500. Block motherboard RCA connectors in A600 and A1200, unless the connectors in RCA cable are very short. (Pictures)

Also 4 pcs of new prototype "r15" that allows lower shipping cost. But doesn't fit RCA cable for all Amigas. (Next prototype should move connector more to the edge of adapter board.)

Audio problem: outputs and inputs mismatched, probably because scart cable crosses these. I'm going to put bodge wires on the adapters to repair this.
Sorry, false alarm, on the TV side, audio goes to input pins 2 & 6. The audio signal were actually cut in A600 because of capacitor electrolyte leaks.
