Amigacd32 black screen of death

Hi!
I have an amigacd32 that shows a black screen and on my tv says “ntsc” when I boot it up, something is trying to show, little black grainy things.

So I bought a new mx9330 as the former owner bent the legs off that one was missing.

Still no video.

Removed the crappy “scart” mod that didn’t do anything.

Then I replaced the Sony video chip.. still nothing..

Then I replaced the adv101kp30… still nothing

I can’t think anything of anything else that would be in the video circuit that is blocking it from showing video.

Caps look fine, I was told it worked before the scart mod.

So I am assuming dead cpu? Idk

What do you all think?

Assuming the PSU is working properly, I would check the RAM chips as well.

As for the SCART mod--was it just re-purposing the space where the RF modulator usually goes or something like that? Just wondering about any potential damages to traces etc

Fist of all, a real recap job has to be done

Not my work, but fair enough on the cap replacement, I’ve got caps to replace them

Tbh I was looking at schematics and like wth are the caps? Haha now I see the reason why everyone is against what’s there.. indeed gross

Now i would remove the two kickstart roms and insert two CD32 Diagroms, so then you can test serial output from Diagroms.
