If anyone is interested in taking a punt on just the Motherboard & cards I'll do them for £325 + P&P sold as seen. I think either the motherboard needs re-capping or perhaps it could be something as simple as the IDE/USB combo card at fault, basically it seems to be trashing the HDD's I connect to it over time. If I re-do the install it's fine for a while then goes back to it's old habbits of crashing once data has seemingly become corrupted. If you want the case/psu/dvd drive and card reader it will be £350+ P&P

I'll be keeping the mouse/keyboard and OS4.1 in case I get another uA1 in the future. I do actually have a spare official AmigaOne Keyboard here, so if you really want one you could have it for £20 extra.

Kind of what I'm looking for but no funds at the moment, I have a Radeon HD card sitting here which my Pegasos dislikes.I wont ask for splits but don't need the additional cards. I wonder if another IDE PCI card would solve the problem? Amigas are cursed going by my experience with them, but I keep coming back for more ;-)

What would shipping be and would you look at swapping + cash for other Amiga/consoles/PC gear?

Hi bud. I'm sure we can figure something out. I'm willing to look at trades and negotiate a bit.

I have another ide card that cane with it, but I've not tested it. You can have that as well as long as I can find it. I've just lost interest to troubleshoot.

I can't read the link, I assume that's os4.1 final? In which case, yes you'll be all set with that.

Shipping if I just send the motherboard and cards wouldn't be too bad, I'll get some quotes later. Maybe we can build it into the deal on a trade, I listed a me bits in the first post but we can talk more on pm later.

Tread uodate; still in talks with lurch for a possible trade deal. Rossi46 has decided this machine is not for him after advice given.

Many thanks countraven for your advice, I'm going to try your suggestions over the weekend with a fresh hdd. If the pci combo card remains you're welcome to it foc. Although I expect the eventual buyer would want it.

With the advice of Countraven I have disabled some settings in uboot (on board USB was enabled by default) and so far, 1hr system seems stable and already I fixed the broken applications and they're fine now.

I'm going to hang onto it for now and make sure it stays working, maybe I'll sell it at some point but I feel like fate wants me to hang onto this AmigaOne!
