Closed Amos Book - Ultimate Amos by Jason Holborn

I would like to get the book "Ultimate Amos" by Jason Holborn - will pay a reasonable amount for a copy in good condition.

also a bit of advice as to what other books would be a good starting point as an introduction to using Amos... I have never done any programming of any type so appreciate that this will be a challenge!

I already have one or two Amos books but they are a bit advanced for me...

I do find it easier to have a book in front of me rather than read on-line.
