Bought this back in January but i've used it twice.

A nice clean example.

It has a (Powered) RGB scart cable with sound made by thecorfiot (see photo) to correctly switch your TV to RGB mode.

The Drive has had a new belt and serviced,

The are 3 disks of games (given to me by another member to test my machine) and 7 blank used disks.

£85 (Was £95) + P&P

ok update,,

it was bugging me why CPM wouldnt load,

ok the bad news,, the 7 Used discs gave read errors on some sectors, so basically they are crud unless they can be force formatted somehow.

the good news :)

I opened one of the new discs so its now a box of 9 and 1 used.

writing the CPM dsk images to a 3.5" floppy then reading on the 6128 via the external cable and 3.5" drive i managed to boot CPM and format and create a new CPM boot disk on the new 3" disk 1st go no errors

so the 1 disc I opened is now CPM parts 1 & 2 (Side A and Side B) and works great, the util "disckit3" is great at copying discs in both directions.

steep learning curve as this is the 1st time ive actually used the 6128 FDD system ..

i also successfully created a couple of games on 3.5" FDD and set the cable to external "A" and it booted the games perfectly from the external drive.

Thats Prince of Persia booting from external 3.5" drive as "A:"

PM sent to Alan.
