Amy-ITX full assembled (ECS) Kit & Chipram Module and DB15 - VGA adapter cable

Since I realised I have this nice Hush Silent PC (Mini-ITX) lying around I thought why not put an Amy-ITX in there

So I'm looking for a fully assembled Amy-ITX Kit which includes the following:

- Amy-ITX Motherboard, fully populated, preferably with ECS Denise
- Amy-ITX 2MB Chipram Module
- DB15 RGB to VGA adapter cable

If you have one for sale for a decent price let me know (see highpuff's for sale threads to get an indication what I'm willing to pay).
