Analogic Floppy for CD32

I've just purchased an Analogic Floppy drive for my CD32 but this seems to have impacted the usage of the red button on my Joypad. Now finding playing s game from CD is awful because of this. Does anyone know of a fix at all? Really appreciate any help.

You can use a patched ROM to fix the issue in games that use the OS for reading the pad. There's a thread about this somewhere on EAB.

I'll have a read there to see what I can find on the ROM patch, hopefully something easily done
