This is a Mitsumi D359M3 floppy drive - £8 +p&p

According to this: http://www.pitsch.de/stuff/amiga/a1korg_01.pdf I think it says that this drive can be patched to be Amiga compatible, but I do not speak German, so I may need some clarification there. Drive has a the full bezel and plastic eject button, and some extra metal casing that would need to be removed to perform the hack (requires a bit of bending I think). Working when last used, but not recently tested.

Yup the author claims it works, if the buyer needs it translated always willing to translate it short but clear.

PM received. Tomse is first in line. Postage to Denmark in a Jiffy bag should be £4, as long as it will go as an airmail small packet.

As far as I am aware these will not operate as an HD drive in an Amiga 1200, as the internal floppy interface does not support it, but I am not sure about how they work in the A4000 and A3000.

The author also says it is a DD unit.

I'll translate it short:

close jumper den2 with solder.

the ready signal has to be taken from DEN3 at the right solder point and should be connected to pin 34

you have to cut the trace to pin 34 since the ready signal is wired to that point know!

Because the drive is fixed on 1 you have have to join pin 12 and 10. (the floppy connector solder points)

The modder has tested it with X-copy and the ready signal & disk change signal is present
