remember you can check the golden torrents you have downloaded for 100% completed parts. (game packs for instance that have 100 games. if you have downloaded 10 of those games you can tell the other 90 to skip.)

you will then seed the 10 100% completed games at full speed..
provided there are enough leachers getting those from you then you will help your ratio lots.

when your ratio is high enough you can then "resume" 1 or more of the incomplete games,
whilst you are still downloading parts of a file or compelation you wont seed at full speed.

I recently joined underground gamer and was gifted 50gb data so I could download the coinops. Downloaded it and seeded it back to a 1.0 ratio (took about 3 weeks).

This week being golden torrent week though I've just downloaded the first part of the complete Xbox collection at 398gb and seeding that back now and it really is helping my ratio.

Check out the golden torrents as they free to download till Friday and uploads count as double to your ratio.
